BioTag+, from Big Dutchman, is an innovative ear tag that constantly monitors your sows’ health, detects sows on heat and predicts the imminent farrowing date.
The novel ear tag with two integrated sensors continuously records the specific sow’s temperature and movement data.This data is collected in a BioTag+ cloud, analysed by AI and transmitted to the BigFarmNet farm management software. Based on information displayed in tables and diagrams on the PC, you thus know exactly when to inseminate sows in the service centre. And there’s more!
The system is able to determine the upcoming farrowing around twelve hours in advance because of continuous data recording and analysis.You will see all important information in real time on an app installed on your smartphone.
